Pros

Interning for Gallagher this summer was an amazing experience. The mentorship and support from not only our direct supervisors, but the company's senior leadership was astounding. We were given so many opportunities to shadow producers and get a feel of what it is like to work here on a day-to-day basis. I'm leaving this experience so incredibly grateful for the opportunity, and I expect to accept a full-time offer with the company soon. There is a ton of opportunity for growth, and you can make a lot of money with this company and in this industry.

Cons

There is a lack of structure when it comes to your schedule as an intern, depending on which division you are assigned. They gave us a lot of autonomy.

In the trenches of a new department so, for me, it's exciting to learn and grow everyday. There is a lot of training available and room for growth. Management is superb and the "team" atmosphere is encouraging.

Cons

Being that this is a new department, the work flow is slow...for now.
