it had a friendly environment and comparative less work load. the company had fast interview process though it went on for 2 days.

Cons

location at industrial layout.. way back to the main road is pretty bad. one can not find a good hotel or refreshment supplies available near the company

Relaxed work environment, variety of project experience, good place to start career.

Cons

Lack of standardization in consulting practoce, often have to work overtime but are frowned upon for logging overtime hours. Very poor communication between upper management and other employees. Low client satisfaction on deliverables.
