Great community and company values; a lot of room for individual growth and improvement. You really feel like you're part of a corporate family and everyone has your best interests in mind.

Cons

Really needs to put more resources into technology and development with analytics. Definitely taking strides to improve in this capacity, however.

At present desperate to prove itself but it is a huge collection of small brokers and not the big broker it wants to be.
