I had a good manager and team and enjoyed the group of people I worked with, which made it an overall good work experience.

Cons

There is little room for career growth, especially if you are not part of the intern/extern program. Good workers don't see adequate raises as they aren't on the fixed raise schedule the externs are on which can result in high turnover.

- Working with dynamic and ambitious individuals across the organisation - A big vision with a long term plan to get there - Forward thinking management

Cons

- Focus on long term plan sometimes can hinder the short/medium deliverables - Although investment into infrastructure and systems has commenced there is still some way to go - Succession planning strategy is not always clear/robust resulting in loss of high quality staff
