I worked as a contractor and therefore had limited insight into how employees are incentivised. However I felt that people/ teams were generally happy and supportive. I did not see as much politics as I may have observed in other organisations.

Cons

As an "agile" organisation, some initiatives are implemented on the fly and therefore things get missed. Also resource / time is not always available to deliver all management initiatives.
