Forever growing, decent salary but depends what department you are in. Staff generally quite welcoming and experienced

Cons

IT is quite patchy due to there being so many systems but support is good. Forever buying companies and not merging properly

good work environment team members are good and friendly as well and lastly i would like to say that gallagher is good for freshers so i suggest fresher candidates to go for interview in gallagher.

Cons

the down side is if we want to speak something with client, directly we cant. Apart from that working with gallagher was a good experience
