- Supportive and available management - flexible schedule - great benefits - more personalized approach to all involved vs. other large companies - you are made to feel like family by a company that was started and continues to be lead by the original founding members grandchildren, great grandchildren, etc.

Cons

The only con I have is the amount of files nurses are expected to carry on their caseload. The requirement was increased when I worked there which was not welcome by many of us. Although the business must also thrive, we cannot perform our best when there are too many expectations.

Pros

Low workload, which shows how the firm struggles to get clients.

Cons

They don't reimburse well for travel expenses. I'm often left with a bill for things I wouldn't have had to buy at home like parking or food. Leadership is poor, lots of people barking orders from the top that don't know what it takes to actually complete the work. Pay is lower than market rate.
