AJG & Co., is growing rapidly, which means that there are a lot of opportunities available.

Cons

Networking is difficult, as the employee population is so spread out and many roles don't ever have the option to interact. No division meetings, to align on the company strategy. Division silos. Leadership silos. Stale culture.

Management does not do enough to retain claims adjusters Lack of upward mobility between claim units (Fast Track to Mid level) Yearly raises are a joke You can work your tail off and be an efficient adjuster, but they hardly promote from within The computer applications CONSTANTLY freeze or are down for hours
