Good company with solid history of growth

Cons

Overall benefits were above average but the vesting was longer than most companies. Therefore, to get the full amount of company money you had to be there 5+ years

1.Tech team is run by people with zero tech knowledge 2. People at positions are hiring their friends who report directly to them ( not just one but many such cases ) 3. Many staff have two jobs ( though not legally allowed) 4. Less salary than market 5. Bonus and appraisals are a joke 6. No recognition for work
