Pros

The department in which I worked had a strong sense of teamwork, and frequently worked together to meet deadlines for large deliverables.

Cons

The company is not conveniently located in the Chicago area, so many faced long commutes. There were some work-from-home arrangements, but they varied based on manager. Long-time support staff had much lower morale than others, and were often very vocal and critical, without offering any solutions.

Good company to start your career in insurance, especially for school leavers. Supportive and encouraging when it comes to professional development. Great people, good friendly atmosphere

Cons

Salaries much lower than the competitors quick turnaround of staff due to younger staff gaining experience and leaving for companies that pay better

Cons

The worst medical benefits of any company I have ever worked for in my 20 + years of experience. The 2016 medical plan changes are completely unacceptable.
