Good environment, less pressure, friendly .

Cons

Salary not great. No other benefits. Very low increments. Poor hikes as there is bell curve rating. Even after doing everything they give 3 and say bell curve . This is not fair as in joining letter they say we can earn so much incentive but there they don't talk about conditions apply. Max 2 years recommended for stay
