Pros

There is nothing really good to say about this company. Some of the people are great but that is about it.

Cons

Management is terrible. Company policies are inconsistent from one employee to another. Your boss is always looking for what you did wrong and if you do something good, don't expect to get any recognition for it. The amount of favoritism for some employees versus others is quite noticeable. The sick time policies are absolutely ridiculous as well.

None that I can think off, good place to learn or use as a stop gap, but you'll only progress if your face fits with those that count.

Cons

Underpaid, under appreciated, underhand! This company has some appalling tatics at removing people from the business, they do not adhere to their own employment policies unless it suits them too. Worst company I have ever worked for!
