Pros

If you are in the right place within the company, there are lots of opportunities for progression and development. It is a growing company within UK so they are just consolidating what their approaches are

Cons

Being an American company, they are very focused on profit so if your area isn't making enough then it can be tough. They make hard decisions and seem to put profit before individuals

Pros

Great location, cordial people throughout the company. Work, life balance pretty good. Workload manageable and simple.

Cons

Nepitism at its best, managers seek to intimidate and micro manage their employees regardless of how hard you work. Majority of job duties are being outsourced to India. Not a good sign. Stay away if you are seeking stability.

Good starting Pay and opportunity to have partial work from home

Cons

New management has a lot it needs to work on and allows far too many things to slip through the cracks and does not know how to properly manage. Upper management seems to have most on track, it's just the inbetween that needs MAJOR imporvement
