It's the family atmosphere, the organization is solid and works to partner with the clients. They encourage employees to do their best they are always ready to help employees in times of need,one of the best organizations in the industry. The owner Patrick Gallagher is engaged and a strong leader. I have worked with the competition and there is no comparison!

Cons

Life flies by way too fast the Gallagher team needs to get together more to share their experiences and stay connected.
