Friendly environment with colleagues. No other pros that I can think of

Cons

You will be judged based on your looks. You don't need to have skills if you can just flirt with seniors. I don't do that so I didn't had nice experience. No support from HR. They all are in the same team.

Good company to work for, getting much better as the years go by. Current management seem to understand generally what they need to do to make the company a leader in its field, even though sometimes they may lack the general common sense of the general worker!

Cons

Took a long time to get some sense into the current higher level management. Even though Gallagher is a benefit company, they don't always practice what they preach
