Pros

Mangers are flexible and understanding. Such a great atmosphere on the sales floor and everyone knows each other really well. Really good incentives each month with vouchers and booze as prizes. Really good events such as quiz nights and team nights out. I've worked there for about 18 months and have never worked somewhere as good.

Cons

Not much progression at the moment.
