Pros

Positive company, strong financial health, seemed to be going in the right direction. Came to work for them with two companies combining.

Cons

The office where I worked had a problem with best practices - platters of food delivered daily by clients/prospective clients. This seems inappropriate and can lead to bias in vendors. Highly unusual and would not have been allowed at any prior company I have worked with.
