      Pros

      I worked for Gallagher Bassett Services for 18 months and found the experience to be challenging. The company is devoted to its clients which sometimes overrides the employees ability to achieve expectations. Gallagher attempted to be progressive in employee development with a number of employees allowed to work remotely.

      Cons

      The did not always support the employee in issues and situations involving the client even when the employee chose the correct path of action.
