Great pay and over time hours are awarded. I really loved how much autonomy the employees are given. Micromanaging is common in firms such as Gallagher and I didn't find that here.

Cons

I didn't love the environment here. Tons of office drama but I guess that isn't the firm's fault. Good overall.
