Lack of Diversity, Horrible Insurance Benefits (High Deductible Plans), No Personal Days or Sick Days, No Work Life Balance, etc.

Thank you for taking the time to provide feedback. Our attendance policy allows for unplanned, excused absences like sick days. We also give two optional holidays each year to be used at the employee’s choice for any reason, such as personal days.

The only pro to working for this company is the management being so incompetent they had no idea what we were doing so good work/ life balance by default.

Cons

As a result of the pros there is no drive/ motivation to feeling fulfilled or accomplished within your role. Being poorly managed to the point you're ignore isn't something to feel good about!
