Relaxed work environment, variety of project experience, good place to start career.

Cons

Lack of standardization in consulting practoce, often have to work overtime but are frowned upon for logging overtime hours. Very poor communication between upper management and other employees. Low client satisfaction on deliverables.

It's a large company that has many opportunities. It seems each office is ran separately, so depending on which office you are in, you may like it or now.

Cons

There is a "Good Ole Boy Club" that is very active but some women to make it high up in the ranks.

There are good healthcare benefits offered, and the ability to set you own hours of work, within reason.

Cons

Huge lack of communication between branches, terrible management style, inappropriate comments are allowed to slide by, no chances of moving up unless you "know someone". Project management is almost non-existent, and deadlines for things are rarely ever set. WOULD NOT SUGGEST.
