Pros

Co workers are nice. Had a crawfish boil and decent Christmas party. Consistent 9-5 hours. Pay is better than smaller agencies.

Cons

Girls do not have the same opportunities as "the boys". They will hire you right out of college and promise you the world and then place you into a CSR role when they hire male from your graduating class and put them into an account executive role. Co workers gossip and form cliques. Co workers are always watching you and love to run to management to tattle tail.
