Middle management can be a road block to career growth. Benefits package are extremely expensive for both single employees as well as a family of 4. The benefit plans cater to consultant salaries.

Staff I worked with for a number of years before buy out were like family, I miss them so much!

Cons

Too much nepotism and favouritism! Hope someone who is non biased looks into this and rectifies for the sake of some very good people. If not you will lose excellent staff st your peril.
