The warmth and vibe of everyone is so great that it makes the actual work you do a small price to pay for happiness every day. The leadership genuinely wants you to succeed and take on bigger roles as our company is continuously growing and creating new positions.

Cons

The genuine push for greatness is skewed to 'favorites' in the office. These are anybody that fully immerses themselves in the culture despite their quality of work.
