As with any company, there are good people and good teams around.

There are some absolutely awful mid-managers there, a lot of politics, and an unfriendly culture.

The HR department has a very streamlined onboarding process and the company's systems are fairly modern. Some nice employees.

Cons

The particular office I was working in did not have the best environment. Many of the employees seemed to be afraid and unhappy. Be prepared to be blamed for many things that you have no control over. Also, don't expect much patience when you are a new employee. Very weird office with high turnover. Is this really "The Gallagher Way" of treating employees? What a shame; I'm glad to be gone.
