Great co-workers, regular promotions, decent benefits, and good holiday schedule.

Cons

There is a serious lack of communication from upper management. Raises could be a little higher. Computer equipment is a little bit outdated. Very high expectations with little support sometimes. Immediate supervisors usually do a good job of covering and assisting with demands from corporate that are sometimes impossible to adhere to.

Great culture, extremely ethical and fantastic coworkers make Gallagher a great place to work. Also company is run conservatively so financials are strong and stock has been an excellent performer.

Cons

Employee benefits are middle of the road. Financial controls while beneficial to the stock sometimes creates a little frustration.
