My company was acquired by AJG about four years ago. Unfortunately, all of our perks and benefits were dissolved. PTO's / Vacation time minimized, no raises or bonuses, holiday parties / FUN become nonexistent and came out of our own expense. Simply put, the company is DRY.

The Director of Operations, as well as other managers in the office do an amazing job. They are willing to go above and beyond to help you, even when you make mistakes and don't necessarily deserve it. They are very fair and treat all employees with respect.
