Love the people I work with. Manager tries their best to support the team

Cons

Can only work with Gallagher owned wholesalers. Had to move policies from great wholesalers to a Gallagher owned wholesaler. We lost a long term client because another agent was appointed with a better wholesaler who offered better coverage and better premium, and Gallagher said it was because we didn’t utilize our resources.
