Laid-back & Flexible environment Allows ability to get work completed without micromanaging Little to no unnecessary meeting reoccurrences Big company, with opportunity for movement

Cons

Outsourced administration. Supervisors required ro be in EVERY adjuster file with notes for resolution. Claim systems are outdated. Too many hands in the cookie jar when working on claims. Unorganized structure and processes.
