-Exciting to be part of a growing company -Friendly, open culture -Able to navigate within the organization

Cons

-Health care benefits out-of-pocket costs are very high, like taking a pay cut after being acquired. -Can get lost in the shuffle or overlooked -Generally need to have a more aggressive personality to grow -Limited paths to grow, sales is king

- great clients - teams communicate often - diverse scopes of work

Cons

- lots of 1 hour turn around times - non-sensical beauracrtic structure - typical consultant jargon highway robbery (they'll ask you to come up with quick educated assumptions and pass those off as real reccos for clients)
