Laid back company and very decentralized operations. Decent benefits.

Cons

Treats the HR Consulting business using a sales broker model. Doesn't work and the division is poorly led. Instead of growing the division is losing people and revenues. No pay increases in years unless you get promoted. Too much emphasis on variable compensation. Highly fixated on top line and cutting expenses. Not very client focused.

Poor management - encounter with Tom Gallagher disappointing. Poor management, dysfunctional remuneration, bad communication, virtually non-existent training and quality control, little succession planning, elements of bullying, too much nepotism and clique relationships. Poor computer systems.

no raise in salary nor bonuses in the 3 years I've worked around the clock even weekends. No recognition, no room for advancement. Sales reps are the only type of employees that are valued and treated with humanity.
