Good office space, some benefits (gym discount), lots of resource groups to get involved with if you wanted to.

Cons

Very hierarchical, senior members don't have time to engage with younger joiners. Brokers have a great time (very social), however members of the company in other jobs don't get invited to client drinks. The culture isn't great, and promotions are very political.
