      Great place to show your dedication, but not be rewarded

      Pros

      Lots are technology to help you do your job. Lots of older employees to learn from. Great place to learn and develop skills and experience.

      Cons

      Too demanding. Over worked and under paid. Company only wants to make as much money as possible for their shareholders. Focused on developing India-based Service Center. Pulling away from a personal relationship and trying to commoditize/standardize all processes. Has become just a jumping board for upcoming, developing talent to find jobs elsewhere in the industry. Hard to take a "Vacation" and not worry about your desk.

      Pros

      Great brand, market leverage, name recognition and resources

      Cons

      Old boys club. If you are a middle aged white man you will never, ever be fired. Doesn't matter how poorly he's performed. Insufficient accountability of poor performers. Generally their work load is reduced but pay remains the same. Revenue generated by top performers underwrites low performers existence.

      Pros

      Managers are reasonable people who try to do the best under the circumstances and attitude imposed by company leader.

      Cons

      Company leader seemed to be at war with employees. Very hostile work environment (I should note that this was not due to the employees. For the most part the employees were hard working nice people trying to do their best). No prospect for advancement.
