      There are very few pros working at GB but one is the ability to work from home

      Overworked, underpaid, under valued, management does not respect its’ employees. I have never worked in such an unprofessional environment. I decided to come to Glassdoor to help any other adjusters trying to decide if GB is a good place to work. It is not. I was there for approx 5 years and treated terribly day in and day out. Management does not listen. They just want you to continue to do more with less. They pile the work on and don’t care whether it is manageable. They will blame you when you can’t get it all done. I had over 15 yes experience and they would not listen. Seriously any place is better than this!!!!

      Pros

      The company gives generous time off if you work hard. You are given an hour lunch and the supervisors are helpful if you ask questions

      Cons

      The job over all is difficult as the clients want to make sure their customers are happy. No one to cover for you if you are away.
