Pros

Do your job and management doesn’t bother you. Lots of opportunities to grow within the company as they like to promote within. Case load of a lost time adjusters desk sits around 150 which is manageable.

Cons

Cost of health insurance…. Yikes…. It’s just not good. The coverage is also not good either.
