So much to learn, have new apportunity

Cons

Poor work environment No work life balance ( so much work have to do even after office hours) No recognition for your work People are also not well manners, No management ( specifically at time of interview) You have to do micromanagement feels like u still in your school No transparency about process Policys are only for junior employees, otherwise managers can do anything like canceling office events due to something happened into managers family
