The people are honestly lovely to work with and foster a supportive environment. Benefits are great, but wages could definitely be increased. Working from home has been great.

Cons

Company wants us to resume in-office work. Might not allow the trend to continue remote work. The industry has a diversity problem and the efforts the company takes to remedy that are minimal.
