Tenured persons don't like new people coming into department, and will do all they can to make sure you fail. They hire friends of friends that are not competent to do job.

Nothing good coming from Coverdell merging with AJG Gallagher

Cons

The payroll sucks for hourly employees they lie to you that you're getting paid hourly when at the end your basically put in the salary semi monthly payroll they basically took so many hours from me and still not getting paid, it'sa horrible company and they don't do anything to help you.
