Great coworkers, decent benefits, flexibility with remote work

Cons

Workload is unmanageable. Too many difficult and inefficient procedures with too many systems. Too much turnover and constant change. Chronically understaffed and never prepared for coverage for medial / maternity leaves, etc. No raises either.
