Business Outlook
Pros
1) Good Pay - especially good for people starting out in their careers 2) Great work culture. People are very helpful, flexibility in working from office 3) Good growth till mid-management level, on-site opportunities.
Cons
1) Not-so-good appraisals, despite good performance (as confirmed by the managers usually). Usually in the ballpark of 10-12%. It was great until the merger talks were going on, but this year (FY 23-24) when the dust was settled, appraisals were not as expected. 2) Starting salaries for entry level Cat Modellers are good, but they don't reflect in appraisals - very average for people with work experience of 1-4 years 2)
