      great benefits, good products, structured company

      Cons

      team dynamics is off and toxicity is rampant. there seems to be a political agenda for people inside the organization and they would rather help you to put it in their resume and to be collaborative with their colleagues. onboarding was almost non-existant and you had to figure the job out. leadership was not accountable and would not foster a cohesive team dynamic.

      Brilliant gym, benefits are industry standard, office is well appointed,

      Cons

      Chaotic work environment Management by ‘metrics’ without understanding the systemic failings of over complication and cover up of issues, bullying managers. Integrity failings both within CMC and at sites. Complaint system doesn’t work.
