The company researches, develops and delivers medicines to patients around the world. Great benefits and one of the few big pharma companies that seems to be in the right direction while the industry faces major change.

Cons

As is the case with any large corporation, it can be easy to get lost. Company is undergoing significant change.

- Good pay and benefits, even compared to the rest of the industry. - Worthwhile mission of developing useful products which prolong and enhance life.

Cons

- Highly instable as of 2008. - Senior management touts common sense approach to business and then makes decisions that lack foresight and seem to defy any sense. -Company is too politics driven, and deserving people are often passed over for promotions or lateral assignments. - Over-outsourcing destroys employee morale and leads to lower quality service.
