Good training, salary, benefits, chance to work set your own work schedule, routing, little supervision for field personnel if you prove yourself competent and trustworthy.

Cons

Old products, only look at numbers and not individual employees in sales, layoffs for last three years, no job security.

Cons

Constant downsizing. Manages through threats and intimidation. Company is struggling in the US, so top management constantly makes changes and never gives changes enough time to work.

Pros

I enjoyed the opportunities for career advancement and the time and money they invested for training. There were plenty of resources made available for self improvement and often a job well done was recogonized.

Cons

Unfortunately I was affected by the first round of lay offs the company had back in 2008. I must say the company completely lacked transparency during this stressful time for the employees. They did not share any information about the company reorganization until 2 months prior to lay offs.
