Pros
Good benefit package compared with other industries. People are nice.
Cons
Working at GSK CHC can be very nice if you are able to look beyond the internal politcs. Promotions are given to friends of managers and not to people who have the ability to do the job. There is low turnover due to benefits and associates without education, who would be hard pressed to obtain the same salary and benefits package elsewhere. With the many layoffs and uncertainty, GSK is a very stressful and an uncertian environment to work in. GSK used to be about the people, now it is a company with bottom line concens as the main focus. People are an after thought if thought of at all.
