      Pros

      great place to work. Growing up in this Company. You have some possibilities to prove your competence and your interest.

      Cons

      It's a big company so it's very hard to move some things. When you work on production. It's difficult to have flexibility to organize your schedule.

      I was part of a team of very intelligent individuals. Each from their own background, I was able to learn a lot.

      Cons

      Management always seemed off in their "own little world." The problems the team faced were brought to attention but never really addressed.

      Pros

      Research seems well funded. Seems very patient focused.

      Cons

      Not sue what the downsizing, reorganizing and eliminating offices will do to the culture. May be necessary but outside consultants may be thinking simply 'bricks & mortar'.
