      Overall, pretty good. But not the most productive place.

      Pros

      Access to incredible equipment, good scientists and interesting projects. Work/Life balance is excellent and if you have interest one can do exciting work.

      Cons

      There is a lot of middle management and at the time a lot of layoffs. It wasn't clear what management was doing about the lack of productivity that was causing the layoffs.

      - Teamwork, our groups work together vs competing with each other within each division - Management - great management team

      Cons

      - Lots of work at nights, no time for "office work" during the day - High Call Goals each day
