      Great people. Great place to work. Very few complaints over 26 years. Changed roles several times, but have great things to say about each

      New consultant came in and dissembled everything. Since the company is headquartered in UK, they gave little creedence to the little people in the states.

      Poorly run company with little regard for employees

      Great benefits, great salary- consistent with other pharma companies

      Cons

      Poor management, bonus pay not based on performance and hard to balance numerous tests, trainings and administrative work with sales calls. This is a sales job that requires no selling skills. Employees are treated so poorly by management that it is not worth the salary.
