      Horrific management. Comp plan changes almost daily as well as territories. Always have a bullseye on your back

      Pros

      Nice people, great benefits and a comfortable work environment. The campus has a nice quiet feel, nice walking path and a great gym. They care about their people and will reposition people rather than inflict layoffs.

      Cons

      This site has yet to make a block buster drug so the drug product being manufactured constantly changes, causing unfortunate changes in shifts, schedules and titles. Opportunities to move within are limited during these periods.

      Great skills developing programs and some very capable coleagues!

      Cons

      Pharma restrictions are taken to extreme and we restrain ourselves even when restrictions don`t. Things are slow paced.
