      great to work in an industry and for a company that helps people company is values based very good training programs are available for most positions 2 US headquarter locations - Research Triangle Park (Raleigh-Durham) North Carolina and Philadelphia, PA

      Cons

      lots of required compliance training. Reorganizations seem to happen frequently most of the better jobs are filled by internal candidates - difficult to break into the company some managers are better than others at developing their people and helping them get promoted

      Interesting work, great sense of purpose in drug development, nice mix of cultures, decent benefits and great credit union

      Cons

      Overworked, passive and subversive homophobia, constant change for the sake of change, no oversight of managers - not treating employees the same - hiring practices which subvert morale.
