      - Very good salary (especially if you can get expat status=less tax) and perks (highlight: 38 days of annual leave - Excellent facilities - Truly global organisation with people from all around the globe - (Theoretically) huge career and assignment opportunities

      Cons

      - Awful organisational culture - Very slow career advancement (5years+ in the role of Senior Manager, except you work for a VP with political capital - Slow decision making - Remains a silo organisation (despite any efforts to transform)

      They provided all the means to help Sales reps generate sales- company car, phone plan, ipad, company credit card and food allowance.

      Cons

      The pressure on sales is high and I end up working late hours on some days, but they're the best company I've worked for.
